During the offseason, the Auglaize County Fairgrounds offers building rentals that can accommodate a number of functions and events. Flea markets, craft shows, and auctions are just a few of the kinds of events perfectly suited for our facility. Please let us know your needs and we can try to accommodate and provide a good solution for you.
Our newest venue, the beautiful Piehl Building, is perfect for wedding receptions and special occasions. Call us to book it for your party!

BUILDINGS
- Jr. Fair (Max. occupancy 320 approx. with tables & chairs): $550.00 per day
- Exhibit (Max. occupancy 306 approx. with tables & chairs): $650.00 per day
(Tables & Chairs included for Jr. Fair & Exhibit)
- Using BOTH, Jr. Fair & Exhibit (Max. occupancy 626 approx. with tables & chairs): $1,100.00 per day (Additional Fee for setting up prior to event date $50.00 per day)
- Miller West: $530.00 per day
- Miller East: $900.00 per day
- Miller East & West Bundle: $1,300.00 per day
- Piehl Arena (Max. occupancy 800 approx. with tables & chairs): $1,300.00 per day
- Piehl Arena & Bambauer Community Room: $1,400.00 per day
- Sound System in Piehl Arena: $25.00 per day
- Bambauer Community Room (in Piehl Arena): $200.00 per day (Max. occupancy 88 approx. with tables & chairs)
- Commercial Building (Max. occupancy 680 approx. with tables & chairs): $450.00 per day (Tables & Chairs included for Commercial Building)
- Open Cattle: $400.00 per day
- Sale Pavilion: $400.00 per day
- Dairy: $400.00 per day
- Goat: $400.00 per day
- 4-H Horse Barns: $400.00 per day
- Rabbit/Poultry: $325.00 per day
- Horse Arena (Event Stall Rental $30/day): $325.00 per day

- Veteran’s Pavilion: $250.00 per day
GROUNDS
- Camping/RV Rally: $30.00 per day per unit (Dump station included. Not camping, dump station $5 donation)
- Grandstands: $750.00 per day
- Infield/Track: $500.00 per day
ADD ONS:
- Digital Ad (US33 & Auglaize St): $15/day or rate-based after five days
- *Fencing: $10.00 per fence panel
- *Swap Meet Tables: $5.00 per table, $1.00 per chair
- *Banquet Tables: $10.00 per table, $2 per chair
- *Electric/Water Hookup During Events: $30.00 per outside Vendor
- *Bar/Cooler Rental: $25.00/each
- *Metal Bleachers: $100.00/each
- *Wood Bleachers: $50.00/each
*1st 4 Yard Dumpster of Trash is the responsibility of the grounds. All other trash during event is your responsibility.
WINTER STORAGE First full week in OCTOBER to first full week in APRIL
